2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded between the customer and Doede Market via www.doedemarket.nl .

3. Offer and prices

  • All products and prices on the website are subject to typographical errors and price changes.
  • Prices are listed in euros and include VAT.
  • Offers are valid while supplies last.

4. Order and payment

  • Orders will only be processed after payment has been received.
  • Payment can be made via iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card or other available payment methods on the website.
  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

5. Delivery

  • Doede Market ships within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery will take place at the address specified by the customer.
  • If delivery is delayed or a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed of this in a timely manner.

6. Right of withdrawal & Returns

  • The customer has the right to cancel the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days after receipt of the product (right of withdrawal).
  • After cancellation, the customer has another 14 days to return the product.
  • Products must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If the item is returned correctly, the customer will receive the full purchase price back within 14 days.

7. Warranty

  • All products are covered by the statutory warranty. This means that a product must do what a consumer can reasonably expect.
  • Damage due to misuse, wear and tear or negligence is not covered by the warranty.

8. Liability

  • Doede Market is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of supplied products.
  • Doede Market's total liability remains limited to the amount of the purchase.

9. Complaints procedure

  • Complaints regarding the performance of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described within a reasonable period of time via hello@doedemarket.nl .
  • Doede Market aims to respond within 5 working days.

10. Applicable law

All legal relationships between Doede Market and the customer are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
