Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, you'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment. If you haven't received anything, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can often still adjust or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to hello@doedemarket.com.
The item I want is sold out. What can I do?
Is a product sold out, but would you like to order it? Let us know at hello@doedemarket.nl and specify which item you're looking for. We'll note your interest and send you a message as soon as the product is back in stock.
What are the shipping costs?
- Within the Netherlands & Belgium: €4.95 (free from €75)
- Other European countries: €15.95 (free from €150)

How quickly will my order be delivered?
Delivery within the Netherlands takes 1-3 business days. For Belgium and Germany, it takes 2-5 business days, and for other European countries, it takes 4-7 days.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within this period, you can return the product without giving a reason. Read more about our returns policy here .
My order arrived damaged, what now?
That's unfortunate! Please email hello@doedemarket.nl with photos of the damaged product, and we'll work with you to find a suitable solution.
